Worked as a QA engineer at Apcon starting in September of 2021. Since then I've worked to automate testing of network switch management software using Python. Features include redirection and filtering of traffic, setting up trunks to other switches, and preventing access to users without the appropriate permissions. I've helped automate testing on dozens of features, written dozens of test cases, and helped design and improve the automation framework.

Worked at Plus QA from March of 2019 to September of 2021. There, I performed testing on desktop and mobile apps such as Dropbox and Airbnb, and websites across many mobile and desktop devices. I ran hundreds of test cases a day and filed hundereds of issues over many ticket tracking tools such as Jira and Asana. Had to efficiently read project guidlines to know what to test and what devices to test with. Some projects only allowed a couple hours to file as many issues as possible.

Worked as a test technician on a large Microsoft project. Ran hundreds of test cases over at least 10 project builds. Participated in team strikes focused on stressing systems. Logged over 50 issues to a team foundation server using Visual Studio. Issues filed included descriptions, repro steps, log files, and video. Utilized several Microsoft debugging tools.

Worked temporarily at Cornered Rat Software on their game, WWII Online. Navigated a large code base while adding new features. Pushed updates to a team repository.
